So I have to bring a dish to pass to work for a Brunch! I need to make a great impression...(I am up for a promotion, and there will be alot of big wigs there!) Any Suggestions??
Re: Brunch Ideas Please!!
I have a great quiche recipe, but traveling with eggs to work and trying to keep them warm in a conference room...ehhh no. I vote for 6's suggestion.

Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.
What about sweet potato biscuits with ham slices? Or croissant sandwiches? Those always go over well
egg "muffins"
I use a muffin pan. spray it with cooking spray, and put diced ham, shredded cheese, and scallions, then pour eggs over it until almost full. Bake at 350 for 18-22 min, or until centers are firm. They are really good, and the already-serving-size makes them very nice and simple for a big brunch. You can even dispaly them on a cake stand or one of those cupcake tiers if you want to get really fancy...also you can do some with bacon instead of ham (I use the little pouches of oscar meyer from the salad section)...
Muffins or bread with apple butter, fruit danish or cinnamon swirl sticky buns or something else that doesn't need reheating.

If you want to go the muffin route (which would probably be the best option), one of these would be great.
Banana Flax Seed Muffins
Pumpkin-Brown Butter Cupcakes (leave these uniced and they're like a pumpkin spice muffin)
A nice fruit salad would also work for those who eat light.
