Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW at Work!
Ok, there are 5 people in my department...4 accountants and the controller who is our boss. In January, one of our accountants went on maternity leave and another was fired.
At that time, I was given half of the work load for the girl who went on maternity leave in addition to my regular responsibilites with the promise that once she was back, they would be hiring someone to do my job and transitioning me to a senior position.
Well, that still hasn't happened, and I have been working 50-60 hours a week for the last 9 months. That is so not what I signed up for, and I was even contemplating looking for another job.
Yesterday, my boss sent me an e-mail saying that the president of our company FINALLY approved our request to hire someone....and in less than 3 months, my life is going to go back to normal 8-5! I am so excited!!
