Something about her tone and collectiveness (and lack of defensiveness) makes me think it's not MUD also.  Very interesting.

MUD. She's saying they were living together without them being married, and that she was having threesomes with the other wife. I don't believe it.

I am drooling over a 400.00 a month mortgage in a household making nearly 300k a year.

I agree with P&R, she's full of sh*t.  She said the husband makes a little more than her then said she makes $80 and he makes over $200.  I'd call that A LOT more.

I understand the speculation however if you live in a place with such a LCOL allowing you to have a house with a 400.00 mortgage yet is big enough to fit a family of that size, then 80k is lot of money. Maybe that's why she doesn't see 200k as that much more? I don't know that's all I have got.

 

Also P&R if she has a degree in Math( like me) she could still make that salary and have "interesting" grammar habits.

There is still other BS in there.  She said he started courting her when she was 25 but then also says she married him 5 years ago (and she stated her age is 30).  She said the kids are all under 12 but only one was born when she was brought into the relationship and that child was too young to know better.  She said they all go to public school as in more than 1.  If she's only been around 5 years and there was only 1 child at the time, then wifey 1 must have been pg so the 2nd child could be in kidergarten.  Technically the oldest could only be 7 or so but why say they are under 12??  I think it's mud.

I am kind of side-eyeing her claim of them living together before marriage. That's not how it's done in "Big Love"!!!

I'm not sure what to think.  There are just too many inconsistencies, but at the same time she isn't being defensive, so who knows.

 

I'm just going to sit back and see what comes of the discussion.
