Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Yoga
I am trying to change up my exercise routine and I want to try a yoga class at a studio. I have taken a class at the gym before and it was OK, but the teacher never really corrected form and went a little fast (im a beginner) Does anyone have any recommendations of a yoga studio they have been to?

I recommend Triad Yoga and Pilates in Irvine. I used to go there all the time but it got a bit expensive. I like their instructors and always felt challenged in my practice.
They have a 2 weeks unlimited pass for newbies for $25.
I agree with Yahpee. They were/are great there
