book recs

I just finished the Hunger Games trilogy, I need a new suggestion on what to read. So what's on your book list?

Re: book recs

  • I'm reading one right now called King Dork - it was just pulled from our library shelves because a parent from another school complained about the language. I can *kinda* see the point, but it's like reading a funnier version of Catcher in the Rye.
  • just started The Pillars of the Earth... and it's great so far! I also just finished Watchers by Dean Koontz, as well as Undiscovered Gyrl by Allison Burnett. both were really good! I blogged about Undiscovered Gyrl and reviewed it a little bit.

I just read this last month and loved it!  I want to start reading World Without End soon.  I just finished Shades of Grey by Jasper Fforde, and thought it was great, although a little out there.  I'm currently re-reading all the Harry Potter books before the next movie comes out.

Better, worse or just different than his other books?  I've enjoyed everything of his I've read so far.

I actually haven't read his other books, although now I do want to.  My mom has read both, and I think she just felt that this one was different.  He's still stark raving bonkers, as she said :-)  Such crazy ideas.
