Scrapbooking

Does anyone scrapbook in the city? I feel like it was so popular in Michigan but not so much in Chicago. There is this store called Windy City Scrapbooking that I love to shop at. They have project nights that I would love to go to but would be more fun to go with someone I knew.

 Any Scrapers out there Chicago?

I don't scrap but I have a cricut expression and I love to make cards, invitations, and handmade gifts.  If I lived in the city (I'm in the west suburbs), I would definitely go to Windy City Scrapbooking!  I just started a few months ago, I'm thinking of taking a class or something, just to meet other crafters and get some fun ideas.

Not sure where you are located exactly, but in the burbs there are stores called Archivers, that are dedicated to scrapbooking and cardmaking. They have classes for card making, stamping, embossing, card-making. I've only taken one class, but it was SO fun. I love to scrapbook and make cards, so I LOVE Archivers. Where is Windy City Scrapbooking located?

It is in Lakeview (not downtown but feels downtown if you are in the burbs on Clybourn and Fullerton Ave. I will have to try Archivers if I am ever out that way. Shopping for new stuff is half the fun of scrapbooking! Guess that is why I have so many stickers I will never end up using! I love buying things because they are pretty but have no really purpose for them! haha
