Or qweeee? haha. I was just looking over my netflix queue and I've got the whole season of Spartacus up next. I have like 60 movies on my queue but I'm feeling kinda blah about them. What's a movie on your queue that you're really excited about?
Re: What's on your Queue?
I've been feeling rather blah with the movies on my Q too, right now I'm waiting for Season 2 of the Dollhouse to be released, it comes out on October 12th, YAY!
and I just call it the Q hehe.
As soon as I saw the word queue, I immediately thought of the coversations we all had about that word, and was totally going to put qweee, but you beat me to it!
Our Q has movies that adam wants, I used it mostly for My Boys, and am considering Glee, but the first season is 7 dvds by itself! Maybe I'll do it.
You've heard what I've done, not what I've been through.
If you were in my shoes, you'd fall the first step."
Omg. I alone have over 300 movies on my list. DH split our list so we could alternate what we get.
What we've just seen and enjoyed:
Funny People (I only got to see the end)
Away We Go (only saw the start but it's super cute)
Zack and Miri Make A Porno
On my list:
Something the lord made
Invictus
lovely bones
time travellers wife
julie & julia
...
Adam is totally going to be pissed when we get home from work. Dear John is waiting in our mailbox!!! hahahahha. I had forgotten that I moved that up to the top the other night when I was irritated with him!!
hahahaha Jay calls it a qweee all the time! And I yell its a Q damn it!
Jay really runs the Q since I find it irritating to sort through. Currently he is reliving some older stuff, like the older batman movies and the Bourne movies. I did sneak in the Blind Side and there is a newer movie at home waiting for us that is escaping me at the moment.
Stu - You will LOVE Spartacus! We watched it all when we first got Netflix. did you know that the guy who plays the main character isn't coming back for the second season because he's really sick? I can't remember what it's called (some form of lymphoma I think).
The two DVD's that are coming in for us today are Underworld Evolution (my pick) and Freaks and Geeks Disc 3 (HH's pick).
Once we get done with the Freaks and Geeks series, we are going to start Entourage.
We have 132 things in our instant qwee and we have 87 things on the regular qwee.
We suck at Netflix. We've had Sherlock Holmes sitting on the coffee table for like two weeks. Looks like next one is Get Smart.
Ooohhh... Down Periscope is a couple down! I forgot about that. Can't wait to relive that sophomoric (as in, high school) experience. Matt has no idea what he's in for! LOL
I think the first season of Breaking Bad is up on ours next... Yes.. I just confirmed that.
HAHA
But Public Enemies has been sitting on the counter for a week. Since a lot of our shows have started back, we've been slacking on the netflix.
I LOVED Spartacus! We watched it when it aired.
And I just watched The Cove (streaming) and it made me want to drop-kick those Japanese bastards. I'm just sayin.
It's really not TOO bad until you get towards the end when they finally show the sneaky footage that they took. That's when i turned into a ball of mush. Save one other part somewhere in the middle, that was the only time I cried.
I just got really pissed off more than anything. I seriously wanted to punch a b!tch.
Hehehe....I'm the one that said we call it our "kweeeee"!! I sort of sneakily signed in to Netflix one day and added SO MANY chick flicks to our kwee, so I'm pretty psyched about the movies coming up. We have:
Love Happens, Dear John, Little Miss Sunshine (which I've seen and loved but DH hasn't seen), My Best Friend's Girl, Invictus (which we both watched part of on a plane but then the movie messed up), When in Rome, Precious, It's Complicated, Away We Go, The Last Song, The Back Up Plan
We recently watched Smart People and I do NOT recommend it. I loved Juno so I was excited about Ellen Page, but the whole movie was basically pointless. Sigh.
Aww... I liked it. =( But I love random movies like that. Like Burn After Reading. Nothing really happens in the movie, but it's HILARIOUS!
Ellen Page looks freakily like me, especially in Juno. It was very, very weird for HH and me to watch it. He kept looking over at me like he was making sure I was still there, and I sort of felt like I was having a vivid dream where I could see myself.
