Is it a voluntary recall or did they find something where kids were getting hurt?

I found that one of the high chairs - the one for my mom's house - is not on the list like I thought and I just have to double check the one at home. the picture matches but I need to see the number on it.
Oh geez. That sucks. Sleep positioners were also recalled due to infant deaths, but by the CPSC. (I always wondered how those could be considered safe)
That's a big PITA! Hopefully you'll get money towards another high chair, or some sort of fix for the one you have. I love Fisher Price products! Boo
