As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Whew! We have a house!
There were some issues with the bank and the car loan that DH had for the car he sold his parents so we were going to have to rent because the bank said we couldn't buy. Well, Tuesday we got a call that they reviewed everything and we could get a mortgage after all. DH and I talked about it and decided to go ahead and buy a mobile home for cheap and save up our money.
Well, he flew back to alberta yesterday, put an offer in on a home (that I liked online and DH had seen IRL before and loved) , and they accepted! We now have a place to live as of Nov 1st! DH is getting the home inspection done next thursday when he gets off work then that's it! He'll go back to work for 2 weeks then fly home October 28th and we leave the 29th!
I feel like so much stress has been removed from me now that I actually have a plan.

Congrats thats very exciting. I don't know what modular community your going to be living in but I know a couple of people that live in Winterburn (west of edmonton) and they really enjoy it.
We're going to be in parkland village in the spruce grove area.

Oh okay. I know where that is. I grew up in Stony Plain which is like 5 kms from Spruce Grove. I know a couple people that live in that community too.
