beauty and the beast party theme
my niece's 3rd birthday party in DEC will be a "be our guest" beauty and the beast theme. we are trying to be creative with this and not just grab a whole pack of pre-made princess stuff.
so far we are going with yellow table cloths and plates, utentsils with red roses. plastic teacups and also some candle sticks too. she has a belle dress and her little friends from daycare will be encouraged to dress up as princesses too (they have some dress up playdates before).
we are going to have a princess class where we teach them to curtsey and wave.
food ideas include grilled ham and cheese and a "wine corner" with cheese and such for the adults.
just looking for other ideas.

You could cut out crowns (you can find templates if you need them I'm sure if you google "princess crown templates"
and have them decorate them (have them glue on feathers, sparkles..)

Play pin the crown on the beast or something?
