West Elm
Has anyone ordered anything from West Elm? I found a duvet I like but I have never ordered anything from them and I was wondering what kind of experiences people have had.

I think that typically they have pretty good customer service. They are owned by Williams Sonoma Corporate.
That said, I placed a >$1K order with them and had a horrible, horrible experience with multiple backorders, wrong items shipped, etc. It was all resolved in the end, but not without a ton of aggravation.
