  • I stayed at the Marriott City Center in downtown Mpls for my bachelorette party.  It's in a good location (close to restaurants/bars) and very nice.

  • The St.Paul Hotel is really nice and is nearby several restaurants in downtown St. Paul.....plus the restaurant inside the hotel is pretty amazing.  Otherwise the Embassy Suites downtown St.Paul is nice.  They have a managers reception in the evenings from 5-7pm with free premium cocktails and appetizers, and a free cooked-to-order buffet breakfast in the mornings.  We had our wedding there and I was really happy with it.
Lots of love and continual explosions of babydust to my BG Besties! XOXOXOXO

  • Graves 601 is nice.  I like The Capital Grille which is right around the block from there.

The W Hotel is also pretty cool.  They have a fun bar at night. Manny's is attached to them and has awesome steaks.

  • We really like the Grand Hotel in downtown Minneapolis. We also just stayed at the downtown Radisson and thought it was really nice - also a great location - only a couple of blocks from the Target Center and about a block off of Nicollett Mall. They also have a restaurant on-site, but I'm not sure about the quality.
  • Marquette Hotel is nice too. If it were me I'd probably go with priceline.com or hotwire.com and choose a 4 star hotel. Chances are you'll end up with Marquette, Millenium, or Hyatt. All are nice hotels and have great restaurants nearby. I love the Hotel Minneapolis. I wonder if you called the hotel directly if they would still have rooms.

This is exactly what we did for our anniversary and got the Radisson. It was like $59/night, I think, from Hotwire.

  • For a nice night out last year we did the St Paul Hotel with dinner at Pazzaluna. Was wonderful.
