As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Vent
so everyone knows I struggle with female help around her. well one of the girls that really works hard for me and does her job very well came in my office. she said she is leaving 
. her husband got another job in another state. she started crying bc she said she loves her job and does not want to go but they could not pass up the opportunity. im sad now. now i have to go through the whole hiring and training junk. we have settled into a good grove!
Who let the dawgs out?
