Recent home sellers, come on in
I know there are a couple of you that have sold your homes recently. DH and I are getting ready to sell our townhouse. Any tips? Did you paint before putting your house on the market? Is staging all it's cracked up to be? TIA!

I have not sold recently but I'm stil throwing in my 2 cents.
I highly recommend painting in neutral colors and staging with minimal personal items out. You want people to be able to walk in and imagine their stuff in your home. I think most buyers have a difficult time getting past cosmetic issues and in this market you don't want to turn off anyone!
