Food question

So last night I made some enchiladas with black beans and corn. I only used half a can of each, so I threw the rest into a storage container and stuck it in the fridge. Any ideas on something I can do with half a can of beans and half a can of corn?  I put them in the same container, so they are now one.

I'd probably try to do a warm salsa/salad. Warm them up a bit and then mix with chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapenos, etc. You could even serve that over tortilla chips with cheese and sour cream (and chicken or beef if you wanted) for Nachos.

Nachos, Quesadillas, Tacos, Chili, Tortilla Soup, Salad, Dip... I constantly have a black beans and corn in my fridge and end up throwing them in all kinds of stuff.

I think I may make a game watching salsa ala SBS tomorrow   I'm glad I didn't toss the leftovers! 

I can't wait for lunch to eat my leftovers from last night now!
