GR Runners

I'm going to be running the Alger Heights Halloween 5K on Oct. 30th.. Anyone want to join? I'd like to wear a costume but no great ideas yet. I can never seem to depend on friends who say this will run with me, so I thought I'd see if any GR Nesties might be interested Just let me know!

The 5K is two weeks after my marathon, and I kinda want to do it, but not sure how I'll feel at that point. If I don't run, I thought about volunteering.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to do it...trying to figure out a costume too.

Edited to add: I'll probably be running it a bit hung over, so it won't be super speedy, but it sounds like a good time.

I'll try to post again shortly before the race! If anyone is doing the Run Thru the Rapids this weekend, I'll be there too!
