Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

it was SO great to meet you yesterday. i'm glad i decided to go (i usually tend to be lazy after work). anyway, you kicked my booty last night. i am SO sore this morning.

not sure if you were asking me or jess, but i teach zumba at 1130 on Sat at the huntsville hospital wellness center in madison (it's at the medical complex in b/w madison and athens).
And I teach Body Pump at Cosmos Fitness off of Sparkman Drive. The gym is really dead, so I enjoy getting new participants!
Tiffany-- I'm sure you'll recover by Saturday. I know I'll love Zumba-- it's right up my alley!
