Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I've been using FireFox and I like it a LOT. Is Chrome better? Why?

I switched over when FireFox kept crashing on me and making me have multiple plug-ins or extensions (whatever they are called) to go watch a t.v. show on the networks website.
I love being able to type directly within the address bar to Google stuff like the other poster mentioned.
I've never used Chrome, so I can't really comment, but you can type searches into the address bar in Firefox and it does a google search. It just also has the separate search bar.
I switch over for the same reason the only site that will not work in chrome is Disney.com but other then that everything works great
I'm a web developer and I tell everyone to use Chrome now.
Firefox has become slow and bloated. Chrome is much faster and lighter. It's also a webkit browser so all the latest code developments are fully supported and some webpages will look a bit better in Chrome.
For me it's the speed that makes it the best choice right now. The new firefox is supposed to be great... but that not here yet and the latest IE (IE 9 ) has been okay but disappointing per usual.
Stand up for something you believe in.
I love Chrome!! I was hesitant to try it, because I'm not big on change, but once i tried it, I never looked back!
SOO much faster than Firefox and IE. It's better functionality and is just cleaner in my opinion. It's not perfect, but definitely my browser of choice.
I noticed this w/ PIP and smileys. Is there anything you can do to fix it?
