MKE real estate agent / investment properties
Anyone have any suggestions for a real estate agent in the MKE area who specializes in investment / rental properties? Our tenants have driven me to drink (more) and I'm really hoping to see if we can sell it as a rental/investment. With the way the market is, we aren't having any luck selling it as a single family home, so I thought we'd explore other options.
We've had really poor luck with Re/Max though, so I'd prefer to stay away from that agency (no offense to anyone, I hope!).
