I had to go to physical therapy yesterday for some hip pain I've been having. One side of my hip is rotated forward causing my body to be out of alignment and was aggravated when I started to exercise regularly. I have some stretches to do twice a day, but I won't have time to do much else. I have to go back tomorrow and Friday for more therapy and I have to get prescription insoles for my shoes. He told me I couldn't walk or jog until further notice. I can use a stationary bike, but I'll be working late this week to make up my time off and won't have time to go to the gym. I'm glad it is nothing too serious, but it is so frustrating.
I am going to try to eat healthier this week. Hopefully, when I'm cleared for exercise I can work on dropping some weight and relieving the pressure on my joints.

Just think....you have to be burning some calories doing PT...and all those stretches...right?? Right now just worry about getting that hip better...and try to eat healthy most days!
