We sold a house in Nashua and we used Mary Storer-Sanborn with Carlson GMAC. She is fantastic!! She also specializes in home staging, so she helped us get our house looking its best before it hit the market. Totally helped, I think. This was a year and a half ago, but we sold in a month. I'd definitely recommend her.
