Discounted Disneyland Tickets?

Hey! DH and I are planning a semi-last-minute trip to Disneyland this weekend for a late anniversary thing! I really need a vacation after all that's happened in the last month or so. We got an awesome deal on a hotel using the priceline name your own price thing... now we need tickets! Anyone know of any discounted tickets, or do you just get them at the park?

Re: Discounted Disneyland Tickets?

  • umm, I usually by all our park ticekts through my work since we get a discount so maybe check to see if you employer has anything like that or I know that some credit unions will sometimes have discounted ticket things in the branches.

  • I'm not sure, but we do have a couple of resident Disney experts on our board. Hopefully, one of them has some tips for you.  Sounds like fun. :)

Thanks! Yeah, I checked through my work program, and they have every Cali theme park except Disneyland! And, I'm not a credit union member... do you have to be?

Thats a buster your work doesn't have it... Umm as far as the credit unions one i think you do need to be a member, my co-worker is asking her sister where she got hers...

ETA:  My co-worker said her sister got hers at the credit union... sorry that wasn't much help =(

  • Sometimes you can get online deals for tickets. Disney has some packages on there for a decent price.

I always get them from my sister since she works at Downtown Disney, so other than that I wouldn't know.

  • I'm no help, either (I still have a CA driver's license so I just get the SoCal resident special) but I wanted to say HAVE FUN!!!  I've had the urge to go to Disneyland for a while now but just don't have the time.  :(
  • I get mine through AAA.

  • One of my co-workers goes through www.lafuntickets.net, and saves a ton of money when they go.  She's been using them for a couple years, and they usually go 2-3 times a year.
  • when we've gone we have our brother in law get them for us since he's a southern cal resident and they get some kind of discount.  but otherwise I don't know of any online deals.  Sounds like a cali trip and d-land is a good way to relax for a bit.

  • Honestly normally Disney itself offers the best deals. Go to their website and click on specials. DH went with his brother and scored a 5 day pass for the price of a 2 day. Ive heard good things about the citypass you can buy at Costco.

  • I've used the So Cal thing myself before. As long as you know a zip code in So Cal, you can use it. I've never been asked to show proof of residency before showing that zip code.
