So I thought I would share my progress. Last night I got on the treadmill for 40 mins and then we took the dogs waling for about 15 mins. Afterwards I ate M&m's. OOPS!!! Tonight I plan on doing tummy exercises as well as arm and legs. And I haveno idea whats for dinner. I'll try to be good though.

Good for you! That's ok about the M&M's as long as you don't eat them often! Of course I had a pop tart for breakfast (not the Fiber One kind, but the bad, Kellog's kind) so there is my oops for the day!
I didn't do anything yesterday as it is not a day I meet w/ my trainer. But tonight I'll be meeting with him and we'll be doing some cardio. He'll probably have me do some running so I hope to exceed the 1 1/4 mile that I ran last week.
Well, because of you gals... (I say that with gratitude in my heart....LOL) I forced myself to get on my treadmill last night and jog for about 20 minutes with 10 minutes of walking to round out my 30 minute goal. Exciting.... LOL

I did my Jillian Michaels 30DS video. That woman is on crack I swear. I plan on doing that again tonight. I have been eating well til this am b/c of my migraine med I had to take (had a migraine this morning from crying last night, ugh) so I had some grits. Oh well.
Am going to start to drink more water this afternoon and continue with that. I don't ever snack which is good, just need to stay on track w/the working out!!!
I swear I need some MOTIVATION!! You gals need to come and kick my butt off the couch, LOL.
I did some walking around town yesterday to run errands for work. I went shopping with a friend last night, but I don't count that as exercising or burning calories, LOL.
I'm going to have to break out my 30 day shred dvd again.
