Halloween!

So we are in October now so I thought it would be a good time to see if people are planning on dressing up for Halloween. If you are what are your ideas, if not what is one costume that have worn that you would pick  as being your favorite?

Re: Halloween!

  • My friends and I have wanted to dress up 80s style for a few years now and we are finally doing it! I am going to be 80s exercise..I have neon pink leggings, leg warmers, bright blue mini shorts, etc... I also have a crimper which I am very excited about. Now I have to try and figure out what MH will be...any ideas? (he needs to be something 80s too) Thanks!

  • We usually don't dress up. We like to spend our Halloween nights in watching horror movies {they show the best ones on Halloween!}... BUT if we do go out somewhere I usually dress up as a princess :) LOL

  • argh I don't know!! I need a good halloween idea for this year. My favorite costume is the year that I went as gretel and H went as Hansel. It sounds so cheesy but we got to be all German and goofy for a night! Plus, it works perfectly with a beer in your hand :)
  • Probably not dressing up as anything in particular - just in a halloween tshirt, jeans and halloween socks to pass out candy!

  • ughhhh...i miss halloween soooo much, especially giving out candy, but they dont really have it here....:(
  • I don't think we're going anywhere this year, so I'll probably see if one of my old halloween t-shirts fits to pass out candy (which I am uber excited about!! It will be so awesome living in a neighborhood that actually has a ton of kids!!!) If my old t-shirts don't fit, I'll put on a funky skirt and sweater and a witch's hat, just for kicks and giggles.

  • I'm totally into Halloween! Last year, for school, I was a superhero, and my name was "the denominator" haha. Some of my students didn't get it though, oye.

We are having our second annual Halloween party, and we have costume awards, so it's pretty intense.

Right now, we're thinkinng about Lois and Peter Griffin, but we're not sure.

  • I told H last night that I want him to go as Richard Simmons and I want to be Jane Fonda but he won't go for it!

Lol! My costume is Jane Fonda Like and I wanted MH to be Richard Simmons and he said no way! He still has no costume though so I am hoping that I can convince him. Maybe I will just go out and get him the outfit then he will have to do it!
