I am loving this fall weather like whoa!  No joke.  But seriously since the first drop in the temperature I've had some massive post nasal drip that is causing such a terrible sore throat.  This happens every year, and I just feel like poo.  I'm supposed to be going to NC this weekend (solo) to visit my brother, his family (2 kids under 2) my sister & niece (whose 3) and my folks.  I hope I'm still able to go and don't get sicker.  But I also don't want to get the kids sick.  Boo Boo boo!

one of my BFFs has the same problem!! i feel bad for ya'll...hope it gets better! do you have any nose spray or anything? she swears by that

hahah, love it!! i don't get sniffles and such much, but i will cut someone for some sudafed.  LOVE it.

I just spat hot tea all over my keyboard, but it was totally worth it!

Sorry you are feeling so icky. Have you considered using a neti pot to help clear out your sinuses? Any drug store carries them.

I've read enough positive things about them to make me think it'd be worth it if I was clogged up and miserable from the season change.

So far my go-to drugs have worked for me though!

neti pots scare the living daylights out of me. In no way shape or form do I want to pour water up my nose.
