fun b-day locations near noho?
Hi girls...I'm looking for recommendations for fun, chill party places near NoHo/Burbank/Studio City/Toluca Lake. Maybe somewhere relatively low-key and dive bar-ish with a dance floor. Probably asking for too much, since i don't actually want to drive to Hollywood or anywhere too expensive. 
I really like Dimples (LOVE karoake!) but all my friends hate it and the whole birthday routine they do there is annoying (re: creepy owner and bj shots, etc). Plus the drinks are pricey. Anyone had good experiences with the bars in Toluca Lake? Thanks in advance!!!! ))))

Re: fun b-day locations near noho?
I just planned a bday party at Henry's Hat on Cahuenga Pass (across from the Universal entrance). It's more of a sports bar vibe, but has a few private rooms you can reserve with a Wii and other games.
For bars in Toluca Lake, I like Timmy Nolan's for old school Irish pub vibe.
