  • I like this idea too!  I like the card idea, we would just have to figure out how to exchange address.  Maybe one person to collect address, we could PM that person. And then send out an email?

That sounds like a pretty good idea to me

  • LALALALA I don't hear you! I don't even want to think about Christmas yet. My HH and I both have such big families that it's always very expensive. Also, it's our first year in our house so I don't have any Christmas decorations for a house, we were in an apartment before.

Ok vent over sorry ladies. It just stresses me out a little.

This is what I was thinking.  Anyone that feels comfortable participating can send their address and email address to a designated person.  That person can compile a list and send it out to all those participating!

I'm totally IN!  I trust you ladies enough!  BESIDES!  I'd love for any of you to just stop by sometime. HAHAHA!  And I think cards would be awesome!

I tend to start shopping for my niece and nephew early because I end up spending quite a bit on them... I just can't help myself.  We do big family Christmas with my family and invite Kevin's family, too. They don't really have family here.  So I've done Olive Oil with garlic, ect in really pretty bottles.  I buy the bottles throughout the year when I find some on sale.  I'll put it in a little basket with some other yummy stuff and give each family unit a basket.  Or I do baked good baskets for each family.  Usually a few different types of cookies and then breakfast breads (namely banana and pumpkin).

We need to buy a new tree this year though... she's 5 years old and looking pretty rough.

We should all do a siggy challenge after Thanksgiving!!!  SHOW US YOUR TREE!!!  Or your Menorah!!  Or snowman!  WHATEVS!
