Re: What's on the menu today?
I'm having a chicken club salad with honey mustard dressing for lunch (lettuce, grilled chicken, bacon pieces, cheese, red peppers, cucumber and carrot).
I haven't decided on dinner yet..?
For lunch probably some type of salad. For dinner my dh wants breafkast. So since he cleaned the kitchen last night w/o asking I am going to fix that for him.
haha! mine is too, obviously.
For lunch, I had 2 packets of cheese grits and a DC...
For dinner, I think we're having baked porkchops with homemade applesauce and risotto. Anyone have a good recipe for baked porkchops?
I think I'm running downstairs to our cafe to have a grilled chicken sandwich. I'm glad they don't have banana pudding (its seriously the best!!!) or I'd SO be tempted!!!!
tonight I'm making either taco salad (low fat) or burritos (honey wheat ones), so we'll eat right tonight.
I baked mine using the Lipton onion soup mix and DH LOVED it. BTW he hates onions and I was in total shock. But he loves pork chops so it was a huge hit. I only used the egg white, and sprayed the pan w/Pam cooking spray. They turned out great.
I also like the parm cheese/bread crumb porkchop version......
Is it bad to say that I don't really pay attention to my diet? EEK?
Ok...Breakfast, I had a Strawberry Yougurt NurtaGrain bar. My snack was a 100 calorie pack of Cheddar Sunchips.
Lunch will be a LC.
Snack later today will be an apple.
And dinner will most likely be a pizza! And I will probably eat my entire half (either we make a homemade pizza with my half veggie and DH's with pepperoni, or we do a frozen pizza with my half cheese and his half pepperoni....it will result in 4-6 pieces per half depending on how we cut the thing...LOL).
For lunch, I will either a) go home and make an omelet - we have breakfast sausage that we didn't eat today b) go to Publix and find something yummy, probably including fresh pineapple c) go to Quizno's and get a salad.
Which should I choose?
For dinner, I have no idea!
Ohh Publix subs are my fav. Pineapple sounds really good right now. I may have to go buy some..?
For lunch I am having a club sandwhich on honey wheat bread and broccolli salad and for dinner we are having pizza!!! Yummo!!!!

LOL....I ain't gonna deny it! I have no shame....and...I will likely dip some of it into Ranch dressing...YES....LOL. It is the low fat kind though... HA!
but yeah...I usually don't hold back at dinner for whatever reason....I just feel bad sick if I don't eat enough at night (maybe cuz I take my pill before bed?).
That is why I continue to run! LOL
For lunch, I had leftover fajita chicken and vegetables with yellow rice and pintos.
For dinner, we were going to have Crockpot salsa chicken, until I put everything in the crockpot and forgot to turn it on when I left this morning. So, now we are having twice baked potatoes and salads.
So what do you do? Do you coat the porkchops in egg white, then onion soup mix? Interesting!!!
I had a toasted turkey sandwich from Subway for lunch.
Dinner ? I am not sure. Its DHs b-day so we are going to eat where he wants to.
