As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

But knowing some peoples money is tight I don't want to over do anything and I want everyone to participate if they want to.
We could do that maybe we should do a poll on it? See what people want to do? If they want to exchange cards or ornaments? Both ?
Im totally down, I think a poll is a good idea to see what the general consensus is.
Well never mind for me. Sorry girls, but my HH isn't comfortable with me sending out our address over the internet. I'll just post an ecard for everyone or something!

I have no problem giving my mailing addy to those of you whom I feel like I "know," but I also know that we have a lot of lurkers (Hi! I'm sure you're all lovely!) and then all of those random people who drop in.
Some of the other boards use Elfster to set up exchanges-- that way only your "secret Santa" person gets your address. I guess that's one option.
Or, if Pam screens applicants (haha) and only includes regular posters, I'd maybe be okay with that.
Sorry that you can't participate! Hugs we will enjoy your e-card dear but I understand! I was a little leary when I suggested it just because that opens us up to creepy people we don't know. My feeling is the regulars I know on here I have known over a year so it should be ok. If your not I will have your address! But I totally understand!
I would be ok with anyone who has already posted in this thread having my address. But I think that I would rather PM people my addy than have Pam do it (no offense Pam, I love you! But I would really rather just do this with the people I know and like, and I know there are a few people who post every once in a while, but I don't feel like I "know" them...ya know? Even though other people might?)

That is possibly all of the people that I would be ok with having my address. Of course, I've probably forgotten someone important, so feel free to call me an assshole.
It will be extra stamps! But you whors better still send me a card! Because you'll only need to pay extra for one card, I'll have to pay extra for ALL of them.

I'm here! Sorry ladies but SOME OF US have to go to work during the day and can't check The Nest until the evening. HEHEHE. Just kidding! (DH and I always say "Well SOME OF US have work tomorrow" if the other happens to be off the next day......or "SOME OF US have to go earn some money."
