We need a little poll b/c I'm super bored!
Did you and DH exchange wedding gifts?
I got this cute little book for DH about Love (you know those kind you can find at Hallmark?) and I wrote him a really sweet card about how much I loved him, etc.
He gave me an Irish Make-up bell. It is gorgeous! We both have Irish heritage so it means a little something. It is supposed to be used when you have a tiff and whoever rings the bell first is signaling peace. I love the thought he put into that. He also got me a picture frame, and wrote me a sweet card as well.

We didn't swap gifts either.
Our rings were our gifts to one another!
We did not get each other gifts....with all the money that it takes to put together a wedding....we did not want to tack any other expenses onto it! Besides.....we had just bought our home a few months before we were married. I guess that and the wedding was enough spending for us :P
i got dh the best gift of all....................ME!! lol, j/k
nah, we didn't exchange anything.
I'm super late, but had to share! lol.
I bought DH a wallet engraved with his intials. In the 4 and a half years we were together he always had the same worn out one, and I thought I should do something he could keep but also use....DH on the other hand went the sappy route
Back when DH and I had our first dating anniversary, I bought a scrapbook. I intended for us to put our letters from being long distance inside, along with emails since we met online. It never happened. We kept the book, but never did complete it...we just nevr got to it somehow.
On our wedding day, DH gave the scrapbook back to me, completed. He added in all sorts of things from our relationship-lyrics, prom ticket, letters, and pictures, etc. It was so so sweet and I was so impressed because he made it himself We gave the gifts when we chose to see each other before the ceremony.
