Kristie- I love pumpkin roll & that recipe is so good. I made our first one last wk & was surprised it didn't turn out to be a complete disaster, haha. They're not easy to roll.

Pumpkin Muffins! I just made some this morning with the kids.
Super easy...1 box of spice cake mix and 1 can of pumpkin...voila! Sometimes I make cream cheese filling to put in the middle, but they're yummy even without it.
