Hi all,
I'm currently 26weeks pregnant with my first child. I am really interested in this idea of hypnobirth or hypnobabies but can't seem to find information on local classes. Anyone heard anything on it? I live in the Riverside/Corona area and I am not working right now, so the timing for starting something like this is perfect.
Re: new mommy to be..
I did hypnobabies with my daughter. Check out

I think they are offering this class at the birth center I used, Aquanatal Birth Center in Chino. The lady offering the classes, Kim is really good. I did mostly home study but did 2 sessions with her.

Good luck!! E-mail me if you want more info:

I don't have information regarding Hypnobabies but just wanted to say good for you for wanting to go naturally!
We did a natural birth for DD in a hospital setting with the Bradley Method and a doula, so if you have any questions let me know! Also Spark&Echo is going for a VBAC. She is 36 weeks and is doing a combination of Hypnobabies/Bradley Method and doula at the birth center Ann mentioned.
In doing a quick search this is what I found.

If that link or Ann's idea don't help you at all, I would call the number on the Hypnobabies website: 714-952-2229. They should be able to direct you to where you can get info about local classes.
I think it's awesome that you're considering a natural birth. I think every expectant mother should at least consider it. I had every intervention possible the first time around, including a C-section, and it wasn't pleasant at all. Good for you for wanting to avoid all that crap.
Oh, and if you haven't visited the Natural Birth board yet, please do. There's a great group of ladies on there.
