Finished Rock Wall Flower Bed & Flagstone with Polymeric Sand

For those of you who are regulars on this board you know I've been talking about the tiered rock wall flower beds we were redoing.  Well we went from this:

I have 66 plants in there for a total of $170.  Not to shabby when you consider that's $2.57 a plant!
