Did you call cricut customer service yet? Have you tried resetting your machine?

I did. I finally got through last night after being on hold for 30 minutes! They are sending me a fed ex label and I send my machine back. Once they get the machine they will send me a new one.
We went through what was wrong and he said it sounded like a faulty size dial and resetting it wouldn't help.
It stinks that I have to wait for them to get my machine before sending a new one but it should only take a week and a half. I am still waiting for the email for the fed ex label - he said that the shipping department is so busy it is taking up to 48 hours to get the label!

geez...long time to wait! I'm wondering if they are still bogged down with the imagine release a few weeks ago.
I hope it gets there faster! My friend got a faulty pink e from Michael's and they sent her a new one w/out having her send it back first. I promise you will love it once you get everything set!
