Which hotel for Bears game?

My DH and I have tickets for the Bears game Oct 24th.(We live 3 hours away)  I would like to stay somewhere for less than $200/night, if that's possible. Thinking of doing priceline or hotwire but have never done that either. Also any other tips appreciated. TIA!!

Re: Which hotel for Bears game?

  • I don't have recommendations for you but wanted to say that whatever hotel you look into on hotwire or pricleine, etc check the hotels direct website too.  I'm going to Chicago just for a get away weekend and found it cheaper to go directly through the hotel.

  • There are so many options that are not too far from Soldier Field. If you go to hotels. com or priceline or any others like that, and put in the search area for hotels near zip code 60605 you will find hotels and then just search by price. I also think that some of those sites have a search feature to search near certain locations, so you could do a search for hotels near Soldier Field. Those websites all have ratings as well, so you can make an informed decision.

Have a great time and GO BEARS!!!!

  • Just avoid the Congess Hotel.  It's truly heinous.
