Front yard patio under oak trees needs landscaping
We recently put in a new patio in our front yard. It sits under two giant oak trees (each about 3-4 feet diameter). Now I need help landscaping around the pavers (we are zone 8).
Any suggestions?

I would definitely add some shrubs. They will add some interest to the space and help fill it in. Then add a bunch of shade perennials. Native woodland plants would work well in the space. I have a lot of shade plants I could recommend but I'm in Zone 4 so I have no idea if they would work in your area!
