Okay ladies... i'm working on the menu for our housewarming party in November. We are doing an all day open house.. no idea how many people just yet and it will all be buffett
Main dishes: Hot Roast beef in gravy, sausage and peppers, pulled bbq chicken and rolls

I think you have a really good menu, but I have one suggestion: I'd put stuff out in stages. My dad caters as a hobby and when he does parties he typically puts out something new in 10 minute increments, with a menu that repeats every hour-ish (ie. sausage and peppers at 5:20, bbq at 5:30, then repeat at 6:20 and 6:30). Do it in small portions so you always have something hot and fresh. If you already do this, feel free to tell me to STFU
