What's for dinner?
We're keeping it simple...I have chicken breasts marinating in one of those packet mixes that you just add oil/vinegar/water to (it's Baja Citrus...should be interesting) and some rice to put on the side.
What I *want* to have is a big ol' bowl of corn chowder with keilbasa in it with a big, crusty loaf of bread for dipping. And a margarita. Clearly... not happening. 
At least I have fresh apple crisp for dessert!

The baja citrus is pretty yummy if you add OJ to it per the directions.
We had homemade chicken pot pie. Its been in the weekly rotation since the air started getting crispy...we dont stray to far from the sameold.
I made chicken parm from the cooks illustrated, using panko breadcrumbs and baking it in the oven. With whole wheat penne and some marinara, we'll see how it tastes! It looks yummy. And there's some cheesecake with raspberry sauce for dessert while we watch Project Runway!

I LOVE grillmates - the Baja Citrus one is good - as mentioned above, you can try it with OJ...I didn't have OJ one time and tried it with lemon juice - it was REALLY good that way...
I want to come over and eat over someone's house!!! Not fair!
Hubby is on his monthly business trip to Atlanta, which means by the time I have a chance to sit down and eat dinner, all I have time for is salad and tomato soup
dammit, I missed that OJ stipulation. It was still decent smelling. I can't say about the taste- the act of preparing it completely grossed me out and I was NOT interested in eating the cooked chicken.
And M, get that little girl of yours and get up here. You can eat at my place anytime!
