As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

New to Madison!
I posted a while back about moving to Madison and want to thank everyone for your advice on choosing an area to live. My fiance and I just moved into a condo in what I believe is called the Hilldale area and love it so far. Right now it's just me, Max, and our adorable cat, but I am hoping to add a puppy to our family some time in the next year or so. I know nothing about Madison and know ZERO people here so I'm sure I will be around from time to time to learn more about the area. Thanks again!

I don't think it counts as a Nestie GTG if only 6 people know about it. Just sayin...
I probably would've figured that out if I checked the events page, huh? I only look at the "wall" and saw last months GNO. Oops.
It was certainly not my intention to make anyone feel left out. If I did that, I am sorry. As to not exclude anyone, I just invited every Nestie on the FB group. I avoided doing that this time around because the Milwaukee, Fox Valley, Northern WI, etc. ladies get spammed with an invitation they're not interested in. Unfortunately, it still didn't publish to the front page wall. It's still public, just like it was prior to inviting all members.
The date, time and location of the next GTG is decided on at the present GTG. As always, the information regarding future GTG's will be located under the "Events" tab on the Wisconsin Nesties FB page. Those who attend regularly will be invited by me. All members are welcome to add themselves to the list and to invite newcomers. Hope to see you there!
