Does Anyone Know/Can Recommend a Good Realtor?
Hi ladies,
DH and I were pre-approved for a mortgage and are looking for our first home. My mortgage guy recommended a realtor for us and she is not being too cooperative. She keeps trying to up the price range for our pre-approval so we can find 'more' options, however I asked the mortgage guy to lower our pre-approval because I wanted to keep our monthly payments decently low. We're looking in the Boca Raton area.

Things have been smooth sailing, everyone from our Loan officer, relator, inspectors, VA inspectors, has been spectacular. Doreen Nystrom (my MIL) is the sales manager for Lang Realty (excellent company!!!). She helped my DH and I buy our first home in January (short sale) at an excellent price! If Doreen is not available, she can match you with the perfect realtor. She's now based in Palm Beach Gardens, but she worked in Boca Raton and knows the area well. Hope this can help
