I need to break back out the crockpot more since it's getting cooler, can't wait for some soups and stews!
Re: Meal Plan for the Week?
I just finished my meal plan this afternoon. we do crockpot meals 3 days a week on gym nights so we don't have to worry about cooking when we get home
Monday: Chicken & Rice enchiladas(Crockpot)
Tues: Thai fish sauce & lime chicken w/ stirfry veggies and rice
Wed: Slow cooker Pork Tenderloin
Thurs: Leftovers
Fri: Beef w/ red wine gravy (Crockpot)
Sat: homemade pizza
Sun: Broiled Salmon w/ rosemary

Our weeks have been very crazy lately, so our meal planning has gone out the window. We now only plan for two meals at a time.
Monday- soup in bread bowls
Tuesday- Honey ginger Chicken with rice

Tomorrow: out for our anniversary
Tuesday: DH has a late doctor appointment so we might just grab something after
Wednesday: chicken parm
Thursday: steaks, roasted potatoes, veggies
On hand I have stuff to make baked onion soup chicken with mashed potatoes
Friday: always out
Saturday: DH usually is watching football somewhere
That is a brilliant idea! We go to the gym after work two days a week and I NEVER feel like cooking after that. hmmm me thinks I will have to look up some new crockpot recipes!
right now it is looking like leftovers =p
We're doing dinner out with MIL tonight for our anniversary. FIL is out of town on a last minute business trip otherwise he'd have been there as well. Thursday night one of Drew's college buddies is coming in so we'll do dinner out then as well. He'll be out of town Friday- he and his buddy are going back to campus for the weekend.
Other than that- we have no plans. Drew is going to be doing more of our cooking so I can have more time with school. I'm thinking lots more crock pot stuff for us this fall/winter. And anything that we can make that will give us at least two dinners will be ideal.

We do it differently than you guys apparently:
Sunday: BBQ Turkey burgers with zucchini cakes and french fries (for him) or baked sweet potato (for me)
Monday and Tuesday: Same as above (leftovers)
Wednesday: Chicken quesadillas with corn muffins
Thursday: same (leftovers)
Friday: I'm on my own so probably pierogies with sauteed onions. Yum!
