And (hopefully) grow them too...
I'm planning to start a small, first-time veggie garden in the spring. Is there anything I should do this fall to prepare, or just wait out the winter and get excited when the ground starts to thaw?
Thanks!

Re: Eat your veggies!
I would do your research on what you want to plant, when you want to plant, whether you're going to start seeds indoors or go straight to outside, when the last frost date is, whether you're going to do a raised bed or not, etc.
Then you'll be ready for spring.

ditto pp. If you're doing raised beds, build those now so all you have to do is plant in the spring. The spring is such a busy time in the garden (especially if you're starting your own seeds)
