As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I feel like a b!tch!
But I am secretly hoping flight prices jump too high for my dad to visit at the end of the month. He really wants to go to the rally to restore sanity, but he wants to come out 2 days after my sister and cousin leave so he can also do touristy things in DC. This has been my schedule (leaving out my regular M-F working):
Sept 29- late Oct 1: Texas for work
Night of Oct 1 - mid-day Oct 2 - friend stayed at our place
Oct 3 - very late Oct 5: Texas again for work
early Oct 7 - late Oct 10 - Nebraska for family wedding
Oct 14 - 17: Friend (who has insomnia and stomps around all night!!) staying at our place while house hunting in the area
Oct 17 - Saturday morning work meeting
Oct 17-18: Friends staying with us after watching college football
Oct 22-26: Sister and cousin visiting.
Oct 28-31: Possible dad visit
Nov. 1-3: Work trip

Wow, looks eerily similar to my schedule, except different locations for work trips.
I don't blame you, I took this weekend off from doing anything so I could relax (and get some cleaning done!)
yeah...I know it's understandable that I don't want him to visit at this time, but he is just so excited about the possibility to attend the rally - and I understand because I am too. If he does end up coming, there is no way we are going as early as he said we would - 5am?? I don't even think that the metro is open that early on the weekends!!
Oh, and my little brothers want me to pay for them to come out - ha! DH gets very nervous around my brothers b/c they act like I should be helping them out financially. I want to have a little talk with them that they are the biggest risk to my marriage if I ever did help them out, so just to shut up!!
