Re: Tuesday randoms
I have a mini concern I want to share, but it's not worthy of it's own post. And it's selfish.
Something happened at H's work and now we may not get to go on our weekend getaway planned for next weekend, and I'm bummed because I really wanted to go! I should be bummed because this is going to cause him a lot of stress and lot more work (and I am) but my selfishness is taking over the majority of my bummedness.
However, I will say that I have been supportive and have not complained that our trip may be cancelled once. :-P
Me too, normally. I am working on it though. Definitely trying to throw less fits. I blame it on the "first born child syndrome." lol.
Tell me about it! I spend hours cleaning mine, and it literally takes seconds to mess it up again.
I'm proud of you for that, but that sucks!
I just cleaned out my pantry, which I hate doing...it's uber tiny, and it's so full of stuff...and the door doesn't stay open, so I can't even work on it for 5 minutes without it closing on me.
And of course, when I need it to stay closed, do you think it does? Noooo....

D&M - That stinks. Maybe you could do something special at home that weekend instead?
Wop - Here's hoping ice cream makes it into your life soon.
My random - I HATE swallowing pills. I've been trying to be better about taking my vitamins (4 of them) and it's a process to get them down every day. UGH.
Do it! I've wanted to check out a pilates/yoga studio but never seem to get around to it.
On the classes note, I was just looking at photography classes for late fall/winter. :-)
Metro Health out on Byron Center/M6 has classes in one of their centers. I get flyers in the mail all the time. They have 8 weeks for $50. Not sure if it's a good price or not, but it seems reasonable to me.
That's definitely a good price - I'm guessing sessions are an hour long? Anything under $10 for an hour I would consider a good deal.
Yep. You can mix and match Tai Chi classes for that price, too. I believe the next round of classes start Nov. 1st
Hehe, well better late than never.
I have a new - slightly compulsive obsession with canning.
In the last 2 months, I have canned 120 pints of various produce. I've also done 60 half pints of jams and single servings of fruits.
I think I need to stop for a while.
I was looking at taking some photog classes too, and didn't sign up. Boo. Maybe I will in the spring.
I like Yoga at the Yoga studio in town. It's a client, so we get discounted sessions.
My gym does Pilates classes - my co-worker goes, but I haven't.
