Re: I bit the bullet...
I have done it. Basically, eat more fruits and veggies, whole grains, lean proteins, and skim/2% dairy products. It is basically what anyone would do when watching their weight. If you exercise, you get to eat a little bit more. Drink plenty of water. That's about it in a nut shell. Most veggies are free points so I just tried to eat more veggies.
I haven't done it in about three years but it just kinda trained me. I regained some weight not too long after because I stopped watching. I restarted with above said diet and exercise. Lost the weight. Got pregnant. After baby, restarted with the above said diet and exercise, lost the weight. It's basic nutrition and exercise. WW just gets to make money off of it for peeps who need the support. It worked for me but after the intial weight loss, I was able to manage on my own.
