Off-shoot on prenatals....
I'm new to the club.
Do y'all take the tablet/capsule combo or just tablets?
And Melinda..... it says to "take with food" on mine... do you do that?
Re: Off-shoot on prenatals....
Always take them with food or you most likely will get sick
mine are I guess a tablet?
They also have gummies now
I have tablets. I found that even if I took them with food, I would still get the sick to my stomach feeling. I take them before I go to bed now, so that I sleep through the ickies!
Baby Boy born 5.3.15
mine is just a pill. no capsule.
i try and remember to take with food. it doesnt bother me however if i just randomly take it.
if you look into the gummies - at least the target brand ones dont have iron. if that is something your dr wants in your pill (mine did) you would have to take a 2nd pill along with them. i wanted the gummies but did not want to bother with buying 2 bottles of pills and taking 2 a day!

my read shelf:
Is the capsule (DHA right?) necessary if you're not actively trying? Or is that something that's more important when it's baby-making time?
I'm taking the Target prenatal tablets. And I try to take mine with whatever I'm munching on at night, so haven't had much nausea.
Just wondered if it might help Melinda with her drowsiness, but it seems to be unrelated.
THANKS!!!!!!!!
