Ok, so I found my first scorpion in our downstairs bathroom this morning! I am seriously freaking out over it! I'm not used to all of these creepy crawlies in the house since I'm from the north. What should I do? Is this common? Do you think there's tons more around the house? Any info would be helpful! Thanks!
Re: scorpions?!
Ok, so, I called our pest control and they came out and sprayed the WHOLE house on the outside! I mean, 2nd to first floors! I don't know if it will work but, man do I feel better! Apparently we have some sort of bait dust stuff they put in our attic too, so we should be covered!
Umm...let's hope they DON'T come in pairs! I will honest to goodness FREAK OUT! I do not like creepy crawlies at all! Picking that one up today was awful enough for me! I just couldn't have it lying around with a pup and a 4 yr old curious boy! Thanks for the info though!
Ewww...I have yet to see a scorpion, and I will not be happy if I ever do! I don't usually mind creepy crawlies (hairy spiders and centipedes being the big exceptions), but I will freak if I see a scorpion in my house!
I've been assured by the neighbors there they are VERY rare in our development. I sure hope they're right about that!!! On the other hand, folks down the street recently found a rattlesnake in their A/C...!
