Mercury spill in Tuscaloosa

I meant to post this yesterday but was slammed at work. Apparently it's been contained but it's scary that there were four mercury spills in downtown Tuscaloosa - all within a mile of where I work!

Re: Mercury spill in Tuscaloosa

  • How scary!  I would be suspcious with the fact that there were four so close together.  I just hope they catch whoever did it before he/she does any further damage.
    Siggy coming soon....
  • That is so scary Lydia!  I hope they figure it out and it doesn't happen again.

  • My first reaction is worry about the wildlife its going to affect.  (sorry, I'm an animals b4 humans type).  Sure they may not see the effects of it now, but as the insects and small rodents are harmed so will the animals that prey on them.  A horrible situation.
