What is the best home insurance in the chicagoland area? Who are you using?

I am researching Home Insurance, since i will have to buy it soon. I've gone around and got some of the quotes i needed and they seem competitive. Now i just want to know who is the best, who is the easiest to file claims with and get a reasonable response time? Who has the best agents?

I had American Family for renters, they were good. Never had to use it.
Now we have Allstate for car, home owners, & life insurance. Love our agent, he's been with my husbands family for years. Answers all my stupid questions about our policies. We've never had a claim with them, yet.
