Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Droid Eris users please come in
I was wondering if anyone has gotten an update the past few months. I've noticed my phone is really slowing down since I got it.
For example-
If I end a call and immediately want to call someone else, the phone freezes and when it comes back it shows its calling and then hangs up. It also takes forever to ring so by the time it starts ringing, I have about 2 seconds before it goes to voicemail - and if I try to call the person back right after, it freezes.
I really like this phone, but its starting to get annoying having to wait 5 minutes in between calls. I was told when I got my phone (may) that there would be an update in late August/early September.

I had that update in early summer, and I did a factory re-set and it fixed the slowness issues.
Any settings you have will be lost though.
If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, you can go to Verizon and they'll do it for you.
